Upon successful completion of the application process, each mentor is matched with a mentee according to the characteristics and interests that create the best fit. The matching process is managed by the Chicago LAMP staff and concludes with a matching ceremony. This ceremony allows the mentee, a parent or guardian, and mentor to meet for the first time at the Chicago LAMP office.
